かなりの寿司通で5-6万台のコースも高頻度で行きますが、こちらのお店、、、私の中ではぶっちぎり優勝のお店です。
握りに関しては例えるなら「ふわとろ」系です。
比較的シャリは割と主張の強い味付け。
ネタに関しては丁寧に仕込みされてるんだなと申し分ない完成度。
口に含んだ時それらが混ざり合い最高な口溶け、、、
まさに私の中で特級品のお寿司でした。
ちなみにこの翌日某有名店で２名で18万円のお寿司を頂いてますが、全く勝ち目なし。
私はこのお寿司屋さんに恋をしました。
近所なので月2は伺いたいところです。
