代々木上原でのクラビ散歩、2店目として訪れたのがこちらのタップバー。
スワンレイクビール直営のタップバーで、外観がまず洒落ています。
本日はポーターとインペリアルスタウトという謎の黒ビール縛りで臨みました。
※写真のゴールデンエールは連れがオーダー
ポーターは品評会で金賞を受賞したとのことであり、大変飲みやすいビールではありましたが、個人的にはもっと芳醇でのみがいのあるものが好みですね。
インペリアルスタウトは、チョコ感はなくレーズンの味わいをより感じられる仕上がり。スタウトでいうと、もう少しチョコ感があったりバレルエイジされてたりする方が好みかもしれません。
いずれも美味しいのですが、もう一歩という感が否めず、これは新潟のタップにいって新鮮なものを飲んでみないとわからないというのが率直な感想でした。
