クエにはトマトがのってます。トマトの優しい酸味でさっぱりと。
⚪︎ポテトサラダ 和牛の柔らか煮
ポテサラには黄身の醤油麹漬けがのってます。甘辛な時雨煮のような和牛がポテサラにピッタリ。

油切れも良くカラッと揚がってます。中にはカニの身がぎっしり。クリーミーで美味しい。

豚肉は筋が多くて硬くてイマイチ。
⚪︎富山産紅ズワイガニと旬菜のあんかけ土鍋ご飯

色鮮やかな色んな野菜が入っていて見た目も綺麗。カニの身もたっぷり。ご飯はオコゲになっていて香ばしさとカリカリした食感がたまりません。
お料理は可もなく不可もなくで普通に美味しいです。
細かく書きませんがアナウンスなしの不快な思いをしました。まだこういう飲食店があるのは残念です。再訪はないです。
