店主が料理をほぼ1人で作られており、アルバイトさんが3人いらっしゃいました。
当日急なコース料理の注文でも他のテーブルと調整しながら、手際良く料理を作っていく。
その間にもお客さんのドリンクや料理の状態も見ながら、料理が来ないなーなんて思う時間は全くなく、心地よい時間を過ごす事ができました。
料理は食材からこだわって、こんなメニュー初めてと思うものばかり。
実は苦手だと思っている、しいたけの茶碗蒸しもペロッと美味しくいただきましたし、手作りのデザートもとても美味しかった。
こんなにコスパも良く、充実した時間を過ごせるお店は早々ないとは思います。
自信を持ってお勧めします。
記念日とかにまた来たいな。
