知人宅へお邪魔するためのお土産を買いに代々木上原へいったんですが、お昼食べようと散策してたら見つけたお店。
古民家風と書いてありますが奥には内庭っぽい席もありそうだし出入口の隣もテラス式になっていてオシャレな出で立ちでした。
ランチメニューはそう多くはなく僕はおそらく通常メニューのハンバーガー、テキサスを頼みました。
いやこれが美味しい。
バンズの香りもいいですし味付けと素材のバランスが絶妙ですね。味付けやソースが濃すぎないのでお肉の旨味、野菜の酸味や風味などがちゃんと感じられるハンバーガーというジャンクフードなのに上品な1品です。
ハンバーガーと言えばビールって感じですけどやっぱり美味しいんでしょうね、ワインも沢山ありそうだったので楽しみです！
パートナーは夏野菜のラザニアを頼んだんですけどこれもすごく美味しかったです！夜行ってお酒飲みながらっていうのも良いだろうなぁって感じました。
