I was late at work that day. I didn't order dinner, so I stopped in for a quick drink on my way home. I remembered there was a restaurant over there that was open late, so I dropped in. Luckily there was a counter seat available, so I went in. Looking at the menu, each dish seemed to have been carefully prepared. There were a lot of things that caught my eye, but since I was alone, I only ordered a few dishes. I had an appetizer along with my beer. Salmon nigiri! It was so good. Pork tripe and bean sprout namul. The crunch of the pork tripe and the crispness of the bean sprouts made for a nice texture. It looked a little stronger, but it went down just right with the beer. Next, I had gyoza spring rolls. This is an item that seems familiar, but is surprisingly rare!! It felt a little oily, but it was an interesting idea and quite good. The filling was well-kneaded, but not too fluffy, with a nice meaty texture. I could drink this too. And the fatty tuna Steak. I'm addicted to this!! It has a striking appearance, but also a fluffy, fragrant taste and the flavor of roasted soy sauce. Inside, there is chopped mountain yam, which adds a crunchy texture. You can also mix it in to enjoy a change of flavor. A combination that is sure to be a hit, with a little ingenuity. This is also drinkable. Well, it was a quick drink, but next time I'd like to go with a group and try various things. Thank you for the meal. I'll visit again.
