小田急線の千歳船橋駅から森繁通りを八幡山方面に直進し突き当りを左に曲がるとお店が見えて来ます。完全に住宅街の中のパン屋さんです。
こちらは店名の通りドイツパンのお店との事です。ドイツ訪問時に頂いたパンは概ね硬かった記憶があるのですが、こちらでは柔らかいパンや日本のパン、そしてイギリスパンもありました。住宅街の中なので地域に根差している感じなのでしょうね。
入店すると奥から、奥様かな？マダムが出て来て下さいました。購入はフランス式でマダムが選んで下さいます。一つ一つの価格は昭和価格と言うか170円から200円位が主流で60円の物もありました。
レシートに名称の記載が無いので詳細は失念しました。あんバターサンド190円、マカロニパン170円、フランスパンチョコ200円、食卓パン？60円だったと思います。
どのパンも優しいお味で一口食べて感動と言うタイプでは無く毎日、食べても飽きない安心タイプでした。食卓パン？はバターが香り高くどこか懐かしい感じでとても美味しかったです。
