千歳船橋で昼メシ食う時に必ず選択肢に入れる町中華。本当にタンメン好きな方なら分かって頂けると思うが、出てきた時の色が茶色だと期待が爆上がりする。料理は素人なので想像でしか無いのだが経堂の「かみ山」然り、おそらく強火で野菜などの具材を炒めつつ中華スープも一緒に炊く事で透明ではなくこの手の茶色になるのかと。
過去にも茶色のタンメンに出会って来てるが、
漏れなくスープのコクが深い。
こちらの味は油多め、塩多めで非常に好み。
炒飯も旨いし、比較的空いてて入り易し、
王道町中華が味わえる便利な一軒。
