The famous ``Usuki Bowl'' is made by pouring ``Jozo'', a barley shochu produced in Usuki, into a bowl and adding Kabosu, a local specialty from Usuki, to the top. It has no taste and can be enjoyed refreshingly, so it's perfect for everyone to pour together and enjoy.◎The faint scent of barley and kabosu create a refreshing harmony without overpowering either. We also have a super giant Uski ball that can be enjoyed by about 10 people!

Oita's soul food "Tori-ten" was born in 1966 at Cafeterias in Oita city.
