We use four types of Hokkaido wheat: [Haruyutaka], [Super Haruyutaka], [Kitano Kaori], and [Kitahonami]. The noodles are adjusted and changed daily to bring them closer to the ideal noodles in terms of smoothness, strength, aroma, elasticity, and elasticity.
