トリュフ味噌Crema
またもTRYやインスタなどを見て鶏白湯好きとしては是非伺いたいお店MAIKAGURAさんに行ってきました！
4月24日平日の11時45分頃到着、待ちは10人程で着丼まで35分程度でした
行く前からどれを頼むかかなり悩み、塩つけ麺を頼もうと決意して（鶏白湯どこ行った）向かっていたらなんと塩つけ麺は明日からの提供とのことをインスタのストーリーで知るという笑
結局親切なフォロワーさんにオススメいただいたトリュフ味噌cremaと鴨ロースをポチリ
トリュフ味噌cremaの提供は4月24日までとのことです。
お店に入るとトリュフとローストの良い香りが充満しておりそれだけで美味しいのがわかるくらい。
着席から着丼まで10分程度で店主さんが調理してるのを眺めて待ちます。何気に調理見るの楽しい私はこの時間も好きです
店主さんが自らサーブしてくださり着丼です。
ビジュアルからして美味しそうな美しい盛り付けで眼福です。まずはスープから、、、え、、なにこれ、、、説明が難しすぎるけど美味しすぎます♀️✨
味噌感は強くなくて、クリーミーでトリュフがフワッと香って、このスープに私も浸かりたい
麺もつるつるしててスープとの相性抜群だし、レアチャーシューも美味しい！温玉を崩したらもう飯テロすぎて誤爆です笑
鴨ロースもしっとりしていて当然臭みもなくめちゃくちゃ美味しい！！これ単品でしっかり味があったのでそのままいただきました
塩つけ麺なくてしょんぼりしておりましたが、逆に味噌食べれる機会が出来て良かったと食べた後に思いました。
店主さんも優しくお声掛けくださり、遠いけど通うと心に近いお店を後にしました。
