同じ千歳船橋にある西川に行った後、そのまま歩いてこちらのお店へ。
お店には土曜日11:40に到着。オープン10分後の一巡目の人たちが入った直後なので、長期戦を覚悟して並ぶ。前には10人ほど並んでいる。
ひたすら待つが、丁寧に作っているからなのか進みが遅い（笑）
そして20分ほどすると、スタッフが出てきて食券を購入するように案内される。
味玉醤油らーめんの食券を購入して再び列に戻る。
12:27入店、店内は明るくてお洒落な雰囲気。2名体制で回している。
12:35ようやく着丼。並び始めてから約1時間。久しぶりにこんなに並んだな。
見た目最強のビジュアルにテンションが上がる。
漆黒の醤油スープと細ストレート麺、具材はロースチャーシュー、しきんぼ、味玉、穂先メンマ、九条ネギの構成。上に乗った小ぶりのお肉がしきんぼかな。
まずはスープから。鶏のスッキリとした旨みと芳醇な醤油が見事にマッチしていて、奥行きのある深い味わいだ。
自家製の麺もスープとの絡みもよく、とても美味しい。
低温調理とローストの2種類のチャーシューと柔らかいながらも、しっかりと歯応えのあるしきんぼも美味。
次回は鶏白湯を頼もうと心に誓いながら完食。
