We offer our signature dishes. ``Jotan'' is a luxuriously thick slice of rare tongue, and you can enjoy it with special lemon salt and green onion if you like.◎We also have ``Yakisuki'', which is served by dipping the meat in special homemade sauce into eggs. it's recommended. Generally, sirloin is often used, but we use the inner thigh of Wagyu beef. We created a dish that is easy to eat without being greasy.
