Food Our specialty <Roast lamb with straw wrap>
This is our signature dish, which has been made by the owner chef since we opened in 2000, based on Local Cuisine he learned in Italy. This is a traditional dish handed down by the Valdo people who settled in the interior of Piedmont's Pinerolo region. At our restaurant, carefully selected high-quality mutton is wrapped in rice straw and dried herbs from Masuda Farm and grilled. This juicy, moist grilled Meat Dishes with a soft straw aroma has been loved by many people. Please try it.
