喜多見の住宅街にあり、こんなところに蕎麦屋があるの？というような場所にひっそりあります。喜多見駅からだと徒歩で１５分くらいです。行列のことも多く、地元のみではなく蕎麦通の中でも有名な店だと思います。
最近入店した時は行列が出来てて３０分くらい待ったかんじです。
頼んだのは
「重せいろ」1250円
田舎そばと十割そばの２段重ね蕎麦です。まず、田舎蕎麦は太く、実に香り豊かで噛み応えがあり口の中にいれても蕎麦の香りが口中に広がり香り高い蕎麦でした。また、十割そばは、真っ白で、細く上品な味わいでした。仄かに甘みもかんじました。対照的な蕎麦で二つの味が楽しめるのはお得感があります。
お店のほうは普通のお蕎麦屋さん的雰囲気ですが、味のレベルはかなり高いと思います。
