そば屋
かさねせいろ 1370円
住宅街にある店。街に溶け込んでいて気がつけない。幟が目印。
8台分の駐車場があってありがたい。
店内は白壁、BGMなしで落ち着いた雰囲気。
2名掛けと4名掛けテーブルが4卓ずつ。
そば茶が出され、そばを食べる気持ちがジワリと高まる。
持ち帰り専用でシフォンケーキも売っているようだ。
かさねせいろは、十割せいろと田舎せいろを合わせて1.5人前。
田舎そばはそれほど好きではないのだが、試してみることにする。
その名の通り重なって出てきたが、並べて交互に食べることにする。
まずはそのままで。
十割そばは、香りは良くても食感が今ひとつの場合が多いが、こちらのそばは細切りも太切りも美味しい。
プッツリ、ボソボソ、ねっちり…といった食感は一切なく、歯応えの弾力もとても良い。風味も良い。この日のそば粉は茨城県桜川の常陸秋そば。
つゆは、カツオなどの節の香りがとても良い。
そば湯は白湯に近いサラリとしたタイプだが、そばの風味が感じられ、つゆとの相性がとても良い。
そば湯、そば・つゆ、そば湯と素晴らしい流れのコースだった。
