青味そば1200円。(十割)
胸に染みる温か汁は、甘塩っぱくてまったり。そばは十割そばならではの食感で、汁に溶け込んでねっとりしているが、歯応えはぷつっとして良い感じ。三つ葉、ほうれん草、和布、隠元、別皿刻み葱の青味たちは、どれもピッタンコな汁との相性で、柚子皮の付いた卸し大根は良い味をサポートをしている。良品、青菜の世界。
住宅街のど真ん中にある、よそ者が辿り着くには遠いガンダーラ、隠れ名店。殆どのメニューが十割そばと田舎そばとの選択制。後、二種類の特別限定のそばが存在する。
