牡蠣天せいろ(お蕎麦を重せいろに)
重せいろ
十割蕎麦は、細めでみずみずしく喉越しと香りが良くて美味しい。
コシと歯応え抜群の田舎蕎麦はうどんの如き太さで噛めば噛むほど蕎麦の風味が感じられます。
つゆはキリリとした鰹出汁。
牡蠣の天ぷら
クリーミーでぷりぷり。大葉が巻かれているものもあり手が込んでいます。お塩でいただくのがおすすめ。
自然薯そばとろ
