世田谷区の祖師ヶ谷大蔵駅から徒歩5分ほど、ウルトラマン商店街にこちらのお店はあります。
下町感が漂う街で、洋風な雰囲気の良いお店をひっそりと主人がお一人でやっておられます。
ワインとお食事を楽しむ大人のお店がコンセプトなので、大人数は受け入れておらず、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
旬な食材を使って調理されるお料理が驚くほど美味しいです。
ほっとするような、毎日でも食べたい様な、それでいてオリジナリティー溢れるお料理の数々を頂けます。
チーズたっぷりのシーザーサラダは思いのほか絶品で、ドレッシングの最後まで美味しいです。
この日は春に訪れたので、旬なタケノコを楽しむこともできました。
筍はとても柔らかく新鮮なものを使用されてました。
青のりやワカメと合わせているのは意外でしたが相性抜群でした。
主人のセンスの良さを感じます。
写真を撮り忘れてしまいましたが、締めに頂いた大人のハラペーニョ焼きそばも絶品でした。
具がないシンプルな細麺の焼きそばですが、塩ダレベースのピリ辛でやみつきのお味です。
お一人で切り盛りされているので、ゆっくりの提供となりますが、とても良い時間を過ごせました。
とても素敵なお店でしたので、隠れ家にしたいのですが、このような個人経営のお店が長く続いてほしいと思い紹介させて頂きます。
