"Grilled Jidori Chicken with Bali Salt", which uses Daisen Jidori (local chicken), has been a popular dish since its founding. Homemade sauces made with authentic spices are the key to the flavor of Balinese national dishes such as nasi goreng and nasi campur. Among them, we recommend the Nasi Champuru!
