こんなところにビストロ。喜多見駅からは少し離れたところにあります。
土日のみランチをやっているとのことで、それを狙おうと思っていましたが、なかなか機会に恵まれず。で、木曜は定休日のようですが、たまたま木曜通りかかると営業していたので突撃。
オープンして17年のようで、当時ここに物件を決めた日だったから木曜だけど営業しているとのこと。そんな記念日を祝して、スパークリングをサービスしていただきました。
2800円の赤をボトルで。そして、前菜盛り合わせとトンテキをオーダー。
前菜盛り合わせは、思ってた以上にボリューミーで見栄えのするもの。ナムルみたいなもの、大きなオリーブ、芋感しっかり表れたポテトサラダ、そしてローストポークとか。美味しいね、ローストポーク。厚みを持たせてカットしてあるから食べ応えもある。赤ワインに非常によく合う。
そして、割と時間が経ってからトンテキ登場。良い感じに焼き色が付いていて、見た目からして美味しそう。テンション上がる。
しっかりとした質感があるものの、切りづらいってことはない。口の中で、脂の旨みが解放され、溢れ出てくる、美味しいなぁ。冷めると脂はキツくなるけど、それはこれに限ったことではないですからね。う〜ん、良いポーク。
