喜多見にある居酒屋。メガネスーパーの隣だったかな。入口がそんなに大きくないので、小さなお店なのかと思いきや、奥行きはそれなりにあります。
足が下せるよう、足元掘ってあります。楽ですね。カウンタ席中心、奥にテーブル席？基本、目の前にお見せの人は見えるので、お客さんとの距離が近いのがいいですね。温かみがあるというか、アットホームな感じ。
2軒目として訪問。なので、そんなにガッツリ食べることなく、軽く入れてみました。
値段は決して安くないとあらかじめ知人から言われていましたが、まぁこの手のお店でそんな安いものは想像していなかったので、想定内でしたね。
串なし焼鳥って名前だったかな。それが1つのウリでもあったようなので、それをオーダー。しっかりとタレで味付け、良い炒め加減で、その火の通りの良さがまずポイント。そして、タレはしっかりついていましたが、ほんのり甘みも感じられるもので、後の残るような辛さはなし。美味しいですね、この料理。
生くらげ、やや強めの酸味。そしてコリコリ感。食感、良いですな～。
そんなわけで、料理もお酒も美味しいお店でした。

間をそんなに置かず、再訪。前回訪問して、その雰囲気とか気に入ったので、今回もお邪魔してゆっくり呑みました。
牛タンがね、美味しい。日本酒と合う。肉厚で食べ応えあり、臭みもなく良かった。で、ここは鶏の炒め物が本当美味しい。
旬は少し早いということでしたが、サンマをいただきました。脂が乗り切った・・・とまでは行かずとも、多すぎない脂が逆に良かったかも。
タコの食感、良いよね。みずみずしさもあったし、美味しかった。
