Today I went to Bistro Kitchen Fumi in Soshigaya Okura. Although the name sounds like a Western Cuisine restaurant, you can enjoy authentic Bistro style French French cuisine and a wide variety of wines. There are usually staff members, but when I said that, they were open for one operation tomorrow, but the service and food provision were impeccable. I ordered a variety of things, including the recommended surcuterie platter, oil sardines, Fumi-style fried pickles, a rare lamb Hamburg, and grilled cheese risotto. Furthermore, although the wine list has a wide variety, many of the wines are also available by the glass, so if you are a small group, you can enjoy the wine by the glass. Furthermore, the cost performance is very good, and glasses are available for between 500 yen and 750 yen, so I wish I could pay a little more. They also have a wide variety of bottles of wine from various countries, so if you're in a large group, you'll definitely want to go with a bottle. As for the food, most of the surcuterie is homemade, and the pâté, pork and chicken ham, etc. are incredibly delicious, and the fact that they serve assorted platters for around 1,000 yen is so cost-effective that you'd think they'd be prepared to make a loss.
