虹と虎が交錯する【review#9355】
元々は弁当屋さんだったらしい場所にオープンした居酒屋。焼き鳥がメインなのかな?とは言っても焼鳥の種類がめっちゃ多いわけではなく、一品料理も充実。
3000円のコースで訪問。串焼き&串揚げ6本、鶏皮、雑炊、サラダ、ポテトフライ、もやしナムル、デザート・・・あと忘れた。なんかあったかな。けど、値段に見合う内容ではあったかなと。飲み放題は1500円で2時間。
全体的に料理の味付けは濃いめでしたね。最初に出て来たもやしのナムルはごま油に塩気が効いてて濃いめ。串焼きも同じ感じ。串揚げは、衣がきめ細やかでカラッと揚がっていて良かったかも。串焼きより串揚げ。なぜかもやしナムルが2回出てきたのが謎だった。味付けの違うものではあったものの、同じ料理は2回もいらんがな。
ポテトフライ、カラッと揚がっていて、よくあるマクドナルド調の細切りではなかったのが良かった。焼鳥、焼き具合ちょうど良かったですよ。
アルコール類は、それなりの濃度で、満足。

Second visit. Lightly used for after-party feel. Since it was summer, I ordered fried corn. After all, I won't remove this one. The corn had a slight sweetness, although there was a bit of oil on the palate. was delicious. The skin was crispy in some places, the saltiness was just right, and it was quite delicious. The heart was plump and had just the right amount of salt. It's just delicious, isn't it? I think the doneness is also stable.
