2020年１月７日、小田急線 祖師ヶ谷駅近くにオープンしたレストランです。 木の温もりが感じられる落ち着いた店内で、 フレッシュな野菜を多く使った、ヘルシーなベトナム料理をベースに、 フレンチのエッセンスを取り入れた「ベトナムフレンチ」をご提供いたします。 カウンタースタイルなので、シェフが料理する様子がみえるライブ感のある空間で、お食事をお楽しみいただけます。 |
祖師谷大蔵駅から徒歩3分くらい。
2階にあるので気づきにくいかもしれませんが、通りからも見えます。
コムアンフー（980円）
ランチタイムは、コムアンフー（ごはん）かボブン（麺）の2種で、スープ付き限定15食ずつです。
どちらを注文しても、真ん中にごはんか麺が鎮座し、それを取り囲むように大量の野菜と鶏肉、豚肉、玉子などが鮮やかに並びます。コムアンフーには2種のタレ、スイートチリと唐辛子の辛いやつが付いてきます。とにかく野菜の量が多くてヘルシー！味付けもさっぱりしているため、多そうに見える量も問題なしでした。女性でも余裕で食べ切れるでしょう。
揚げ春巻きをのせたボブンも気になります。
ディナータイムはアラカルトで注文できるので、ぜひ行ってみたいですね〜。
