We use carefully selected ingredients, including the ``four-colored Xiaolongbao Xiaolongbao,'' which offers four types of authentic xiao long bao, as well as ``braised shark fin with shrimp roe,'' and ``Hong Kong-style giant prawns with hairpins.'' This is a course where you can enjoy a variety of special dishes, including the exquisite craftsmanship ``Stir-Fried Egg Whites with Crab Meat and Egg Yolk Sauce.'' *For details, please see the "Course Menu".
