祖師ヶ谷大蔵駅北口から祖師谷通りを進み、徒歩2〜3分。
メイン通りから少し脇道に入った辺りにお店がある。
こちらのことは小田急の広報誌で知ったのだが
去年の7月に開業した比較的に新しいお店の様だ。
お店は比較的に小さいが白い壁とダークグリーンの扉のコントラストが
お洒落でフレッシュな印象を与える。
外観、内装共にまだ新しく、店内は清潔感がある。
店内はコンパクトな空間なので調理場も広くは無いが
入口際には本格的な薪窯がありキーポイントは抑えているようだ。
こちらはピッツェリアなのでメニューはピッツァが中心となっているが
その数は多く30〜40種類はあるだろうか。
ランチタイムはピッツァにサラダとドリンクが付いたセットメニューがあり
リーズナブルな値段で楽しめるようになっている。
今回は前菜とピッツァがマルゲリータ・ブッファラとポルチーニエノーチ
ジンジャーエール、コーヒー等をいただいた。
マルゲリータはナポリタイプで生地はもっちりとカリカリ両方の食感が秀逸。
優しいトマトソースと水牛モッツァレラの旨味とコクが融合していた。
ポルチーニエノーチはトマトソースを使わないタイプ。
数種のチーズの旨味と胡桃の食感が良かったが
メイン食材のポルチーニが小さめにカットされていたので
存在感がもう一歩だった。
とにかくピッツァの種類が多いので
機会があったら再訪して違うメニューも試してみたい。
