予約して来ました。
チョコレートをメインに扱うお店で、カウンターが4席のみ。これは予約必須ですね。
ドリンクのおすすめもあり、すごく丁寧に説明してくれてドリンク飲まなきゃいけなそうな雰囲気になってましたが、私はパフェだけいただきました。
目の前でパフェを作ってくれるのが見れます。
4台同時進行、これは見ていると手際の良し悪しなどが分かりやすすぎますね。
1台ずつ計りにグラスを乗せて作っています。
1人でパフェ作っておられますが、全て丸見えなので粗相できない感じです。
1番大変そうだったのはチョコレートのアイスをくり抜く作業です。アイスがめちゃくちゃ固そうでした。
4台なパフェを作り始めてから提供までおよそ20分。
柑橘のパフェです。
チョコレートとの相性がこれまたサッパリと甘酸っぱいのに濃厚なチョコレートのカバーでまろやかに口の中に広がります。説明で構成を理解しきれませんでしたが、美味しくいただきました。
途中に入っているチョコクランブルがいいですね。
食感にちょっと変化があると楽しいです。
構成表デザインの紙を置いてもらえたらもっとわかりやすかったかもしれません。
チョコレート食べ比べにどうぞと一口チョコいただきました。
