[Minimal]'s Chocolate, which has an amazingly rich aroma and taste, uses carefully selected high-quality cacao beans. We go directly to cacao farms and purchase everything using fair trade methods. It has received high praise worldwide, winning 73 awards at international competitions for 7 consecutive years. Our affiliated store, Tomigaya Main Store, is included in the 100 Famous Stores list. At the Soshigaya Okura store, be sure to try the dessert menu that only a patisserie can offer. Reservations are required for the eat-in space.

Our first patisserie brings the charm of cacao and Chocolate to more people on a daily basis. With the desire to "get closer to our customers," we designed restaurant to shorten the distance between pastry chefs and customers. The design that allows for a clear view of the workshop is one way to express this feeling. Furthermore, from the outside, you can see the inside of the store and the workshop through the windows, and since the space between the store and the workshop is entirely glass, you can watch the pastry chefs making the pastries. Desserts served on the spot give an even more live-like experience. We also serve freshly made Sweets at the dessert counter.
