JR中野駅南口から徒歩2分ほど、この辺りはラーメン超激戦区ですね。中野大勝軒は、昭和26年12月30日、橋場町(中野区中央5丁目）に開店。残念ながら昨年閉店してしまった荻窪中華そば「丸長」をルーツとし、ラーメンの神 山岸一雄氏がつけそば発祥の店として名を馳せた伝統あるお店です。改装後に行くのは初となりました。
肉入りつけそば
つけめんはラーメン同様に数多くのメニューが世に出されたと思います。ドロドロ系や最近では一般的になった昆布つけ麺などが現在の主流の中、こちらのつけ麺は、昨年閉店直前の丸長さんのもりそばを食べた時も同じように感じた、昔からある味なのですが新しさもある味です。流石永きに渡ってお客様に支持されています。ラーメンのスープに酸味をうまく調和させ、ネギやわかめ、短冊チャーシュー、メンマなどが入った飽きの来ないスープに中太のもっちりしたよく水に絞められた麺がよく合いますね。本日は肉入りにしたので、麺の上にも具材の短冊チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔がのってます。最後に割りスープを入れて完飲完食です。普通盛でも結構お腹いっぱいになりました。ご馳走様でした。
