I entered the world of traditional Japanese cuisine at the age of 16, and after 18 years of training at Western Western Cuisine, yakitori restaurants, bars, Tempura, etc., I opened the main Kuon restaurant in 2004. As someone involved in cooking, I run this restaurant with the desire to share with everyone the answers that can only be reached with respect for ingredients and producers. I would be happy if I could create a wonderful time where you can get truly intoxicated with delicious food and good sake. Please enjoy the world of offal that can only be experienced at Kuon.
