女友達と2人で来店。
金曜夜だったため、同じ建物の3Fの、居酒屋チェーン店わん へ行こうとしたところ、
この日は満席だったため、1個上にある4Fのこのお店に入りました。
大きな机のカウンター席に案内されました。
わんだったら全席個室だったのになぁ…と思いながら座りました。
刺身にアジとサンマを注文。
店員さんが木のオケをもって来てくれたので、なんだろうと思ったら、
なんと、しめる前のアジとご対面させてくれました！
新鮮なアジがピチピチと小気味の良い音を立てていました。
鮮度がいいからか、けっこう弾力がありました。
旬のものだったので、サンマの刺身はとっても脂がのっていて美味しかったです。
他に頼んだもの…
・漁師の焼き飯…サーモンのぶつ切りとタコが入っていて、海鮮系の焼き飯感が出ていて美味しかったです！
・ポテサラピザ…トルティーヤのような生地。ポテサラがマイルドな味で、軽すぎず重すぎずなお料理でした。
・炎のダシ巻き卵
…卵焼きの上にチーズがたくさんかかっており、目の前でバーナーを使って炙ってくれます。
演出は最高だったのですが、せっかくの卵の味が、チーズにもっていかれて感じづらかったのが残念でした。
以上にお通しがついて、3200円弱。(2人も飲み物はお冷やで済ませました。)
海鮮系に力を入れていたことと、粋なパフォーマンスが嬉しかったです。
