中野駅から歩いて10分ほど。通り沿いに輝く「貝」の文字‥
旦那が最近貝にハマっているので貝専門ダイニングバーを探して行ってきました。店内は小綺麗でオシャレな雰囲気。和風を想像していたんですが洋風ですね。といってもメニューは刺身もあり、和洋折衷なかんじです。
生ビールはサッポロ。
貝の料理がずらり。色々な方法で貝を楽しめます。
貝の刺身、ツブ貝のガーリックバター、貝出汁を使ったパスタ‥などなどオーダー。(酔っぱらってメニュー名失念)
実は私は貝の刺身はそんなに得意じゃないんです(^~^;)ゞが、そんな私でも美味しい!と思うくらい新鮮なお刺身でしたよ。お醤油2種類付けてくれたのが嬉しいサービスでした。
個人的に締めに食べた貝出汁のパスタが気に入りました。すごく貝出汁の風味がするんです!お腹いっぱいでもペロリでしたよ(^^)
色々貝のお料理が楽しめるんですが、貝と油の相性がいいからか、バター、オリーブオイル、油を使ったものが多く、最後は油っぽさでお腹いっぱいになってしまいました。チョイスしたものが、ということもありますが、箸休めにサラダなど頼めばよかったなと思いました(• ▽ •;)
