お通し、可愛い自家製パンに帆立バターを塗って!
パン柔らか抜群旨!帆立の味仄かなバター絶妙旨!
珍しいブラディマリーなクラマトハイ、オーダー!
久しぶりの貝エキス入り胡椒がアクセント抜群旨!
待つ事10分程、見事な平貝、赤貝、つぶ貝3種!
見るからにどれも新鮮大振りな美味しそうな貝達!
平貝、もちっと食感良し噛めば甘味増しめちゃ旨!
赤貝、シャキッと食感!磯味良し甘味抜群絶妙旨!
つぶ貝、コリコリ食感良し噛めば甘味増し抜群旨!
流石に貝専門店の貝差し盛り、新鮮で見事な逸品!
生牡蠣も食べたいが、残念ながら腹パンで残念な!
