★注目の日本酒と手の込んだおつまみを
中野南口レンガ坂にある日本酒をメインに楽しめる人気店。
日本酒のラインナップは、流行りからちょっとマイナーまで。割りと日本酒は飲んでいる方ですが、知らない銘柄に出会えます。
お料理のメニューを見ても、どれも美味しそうで目移りします。
この日は次の予定もあり、1時間半の滞在となるので、どれを食べるか厳選。
真鯛と無花果のマリネ、長芋のたまり醤油漬け、燻製トリオ（カマンベール、うずら、沢庵）など、日本酒に合うものばかりをチョイス。
★スタッフのおもてなしの心が心地よい時間を提供してくれます。
スタッフさんは日本酒に詳しそうで、欠品の場合の代替えなどすぐに提案してくれます。
ひとりひとりのプロ意識が高く、ブロガーならではの「ボトル持ってきてください」にも、先に「ボトルはお持ちしますか？」と提案がありました。
和らぎ水も、グラスからなくなることなく、ひたすら満杯に注いでくれます。
日本酒のお店には結構行きますが、満席にも関わらず、ここまできめ細かい対応をしてくれるところは少ないと思いました。
中野でこのお値段は若干お高めに感じますが、この居心地の良さを作るホスピタリティと、丁寧に作られたお料理はとても満足度が高く、とても酔い時間を過ごせます。
