なかなか行かない中野エリアで是非とも行ってみたかった有名店。
中野で立ち飲み、立ち食い鮨をした流れから、同い年の中年おじさん4人で行くには異世界でした。
黒い店内でオシャレなカウンターや脚長の椅子もスタイリッシュ。店員さんも若年層でフレッシュな対応。客層もたまたまなのか20代〜30代前半がメインで満席の店内は活気があります。
さすが中野の有名店ですね！
青二才、青三才も中野にありますが、名前と裏腹にスタイリッシュにカッコよく日本酒を嗜むお店なので、全然青二才、三才じゃないです。笑
日本酒も写楽と甲子しか分からなかった…珍しくトリッキーな日本酒を置いていたので、選別されている方はかなり日本酒にマニアックな方で玄人に感じた。
１合は徳利ではなく三角のビーカーに入れて出していたがここでもオシャレ感は抜かりない。
★1杯目は山形県鶴岡市のお酒
吾有事(サングロウ) 奥羽自慢株式会社
薄濁りで酸が強めで微炭酸な舌触りがしたので、日本酒というよりも洋酒に近いフルーティーで呑みやすいのは女性ウケしそうな面白いお酒
★2杯目は山形県酒田市のお酒
松嶺の富士(純米吟醸辛口) 松山酒造株式会社
店員さんにキリッと辛口で重厚感があり、濃い味に合う日本酒はどれかと聞いたらこちらをオススメされました。日本酒が好きならオススメです！
★お通しは肉じゃが風の豚バラとじゃがいもが入っていて美味しい！
★牛すじ煮込みもワインで煮込んだ様な洋風でバケットと一緒な食べたくなるような美味しさ！
★黒トリュフの濃厚焼きそばはめっちゃ濃い味でしたが、黄身を混ぜてねっとりと黒トリュフを香りながら食べる焼きそばは美味しかった！
コスパを求めちゃ行けないお店だけど、オシャレに美味しく楽しく日本酒を飲みたいなら使い勝手は良いお店だと思いました。
横浜でよく行ってた「UMAMI」さんとコンセプト的には似てるけど、こちらの方が日本酒のマニアック度は高めだと感じました！
