I wandered down Brick Street to have a few drinks with a friend. This area is full of stylish and delicious restaurants. Prosciutto and mate shellfish were both delicious, but the cheeses were rare and you can't find them anywhere else. When you put manchego (sheep) in your mouth, the smell of sheep passes through your nose, similar to when you eat Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). As a sheep lover, I find it even more delicious. Valdeon is a goat and cow blue cheese. It's quite... addictive... If it wasn't for the jam on top, it would be pretty tough.
