古民家の落ち着く雰囲気と素朴でありつつ丁寧な創作料理！
土曜日の18時半、夕食で訪問しました。
予約なしの飛び込みでしたが、スムーズに２階の小上がり席に案内されました。
■古来種野菜の盛り合わせ（980円税別）
品種改良していない野菜を、できるだけ手を加えず野菜の特徴を味わうシンプルな一皿です。
野菜本来の旨味や個性をじっくり味わう魅力的な一品です。
特性の辛味噌と３種類の塩でいただきました。
■焼き葱のマリネ（480円税別）
じっくり甘味を引き出した焼き長ネギをマリネしたとても風味のよい一皿でした。
■鎌倉の生麩田楽（580円税別）
よもぎ、粟の二種類の生麩を素揚げし、自家製の田楽味噌を付けていただきます。
モチモチの食感がたまらない一皿でした。
■特選黒毛和牛の網焼（1680円税別）
旨味を凝縮した赤身の部位を丁寧に火入れし、シンプルにわさびと塩or醤油でいただきます。
脂の少ない淡白な赤身の美味しさを味わえる胃もたれしないる一皿でした。
その他、シンハービールや白ワインをいただき、二人で5900円税込でした。
店員さんの接客も丁寧で気分良く食事を楽しみました。

水曜日の19時、久し振りに夕飯で訪問しました。
一軒家の創作料理が美味しい居酒屋ビストロです。
予約なしの飛び込みでしたが、スムーズに２階のテーブル席に案内されました。
■白身魚のカルパッチョ
ねっとり旨味が熟成された白身魚に酸味の効いた角切り紅芯大根と柚子ソースでさっぱりいただきました。
■チーズオムレツ
軽いスフレ状のふわふわオムレツの下には、とろとろのチーズソースが潜んでいます。
バケットにチーズソースを付けていただきました。
■菜の花の春巻き
外皮のパリパリ感や菜の花の苦みがアクセントになった一皿３本の絶品メニューです。
■帆立のポテトサラダ
甘い帆立のぷりぷり感や柑橘系の爽やかな風味が楽しめる滑らかな白和えの口当たりが美味しい一皿です。
その他、ハートランド生ビールや桜尾のハイボールを飲みながら、美味しくいただきました。
