For both dishes and drinks, we use the highest quality garlic, ``6 pieces of Fukuji White from Aomori Prefecture,'' which is shipped directly from farmers.❗️ Thanks to our unique low-odor processing, the odor after meals is less noticeable than regular garlic. What's more, it has a rich, mild sweetness and flavor, high nutritional value, and is packed with beneficial effects such as relieving fatigue and beautifying the skin.Also, every year from June to July, all of our staff go to the field to help with the harvest. By gaining a deep knowledge of garlic, we are able to utilize it in cooking and customer service that brings out its charm to the fullest!
