店長さんがお店に居ないときはサービス、味ともに、、、です。
今回は2回目の訪問でした。
コース「2500円100分食べ放題」で訪問しました。
説明も無いまま、最初に数品出て、30分後くらいにホルモン盛りが来た。
ホルモン盛りを食べながら、50分経過頃に注文しようとすると、ホルモン盛りを食べ終わらないと注文できないのと、既にラストオーダーが過ぎていると。「100分」は退店までのようです。
そのあと入店してきた他客にもまったく同じ対応をしていた。
肉の注文はもう受付終わっているが、ドリンクは注文可能。
コース内容には「おにぎり」「デザート」が付くということで、待つが、退店100分を越えても出てこない。お店はそんなに混んでいないので、指摘すると、おにぎりはすぐに出てきたが、その後また待たされ、こちらも時間は有限なのでデザート代を引いてもらいお店を出ました。
コースタイトルは、「大満足ホルモン盛り」とかにして、食べ放題を抜けば良いと思った。充分コスパ良いですし。そのつもりで行って、マイナスになるのは勿体ない。
2回の訪問なので分かりませんが、調理される方で肉の味が全然違う。
初めて伺った時は店長さんが居て、とても美味しく良い印象でした。
今回は、期待度が入っていたかもしれませんが、全然違っていて、同じお店かとビックリしてしまいました。
仕入れているお肉などは良いものだと思います。
