Our second stop on the night of February 7th (Wednesday) was Kojanto Sakaba Tachidomaru in Nakano. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of Kochi cuisine and drinks, run by staff from Kochi Prefecture. Cheers first. Pomelo Sour A sour with a good balance of sourness and sweetness, using Tosa pomelo that is unique to Kochi. Edamame: Crispy, fried, bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling from a food stall that are easy to eat. They prepare vinegar, yuzu pepper, and soy sauce for each person, and it's delicious. 4 chicken skin skewers Crispy and coated with sweet and spicy sauce, just the way you like it. It seems like you can eat as much as you want. Umeboshi Sour Seared Bonito Thickly cut seared bonito typical of Kochi Prefecture. They brought not only soy sauce but also salt so I could eat it. You can also enjoy it with garlic. Kojan and Lemon Bakudan I don't eat it because it contains natto (lol), but everyone enjoys it wrapped in seaweed. I was also able to order additional seaweed. Kojan and Ginger This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy a variety of things, not just Kochi cuisine.
