This is a special dish made by stuffing the meat tightly onto short Edomae skewers and grilling it over charcoal until fluffy. We offer salt, sauce, and homemade green tang miso with an easy-to-eat spiciness. You can choose your favorite flavor. You can order from 1 piece, so please try different parts and compare. For chicken sashimi, we offer fillet and liver. Since it's fresh, it's also recommended for people who don't like liver. Enjoy with regular sesame oil. Excellent compatibility with sake!
