魚の店だけど揚げ物も人気のコスパ秀逸店
久しぶりにランチ訪問。
特に焼き魚が美味しい店だけどチキン南蛮をオーダー。
チキン南蛮は大ぶりの揚げたての唐揚げに、ちょっと変わった味のタルタルソース。
ハーブスパイスとパプリカの粉？これは賛否分かれるかな。
ご飯はおかわり自由だけど、米自体はそれほど美味しくない。小粒で粉っぽいというか、モチモチ感と表面の澱粉質が低く、結果的に甘みもない。炊き立てじゃないのか、米の質が良くないのかわからない。
店に入ってくる人たち、唐揚げやチキン南蛮を選ぶ人が意外と多いのは、もしかしたらこの米のせいかもしれない。
焼き魚と味噌汁が美味しかったら、炊き立てのツヤツヤもちもちご飯じゃないと釣り合いが取れないだろうから。900円だから仕方ないと思うが、あと100円出してもいいからもう少しいい米使ってほしい。
