白つぶ貝の煮付けがお目当てだったのですが、
本日は残念ながら、白つぶ貝はなく黒つぶ貝のみ。

夏のような陽射しの中、昼間から赤貝の刺身をつまみに、ハイボール飲める幸せって、何モノにも変え難い。
鯵の活け作りは、鯵がお口パクパクしていました!!
今まで生きていた証拠。これ以上新鮮な鯵は無い。
ランチのカキフライ定食は、大きい牡蠣フライ4個。
ソースもタルタルも美味しい。
ごはんを残してしまったら、白ゴマで和えた白ごはんの鮭おにぎり2個を作ってくださった〜〜〜!!!

忘れられない味♡
以前に一度、海鮮弁当、鯵のなめろう、焼き鳥をテイクアウトしたので、味は保証付き!!店内は初訪問。
とにかく貝が好きなので、迷わず『貝の盛り合わせ』を注文!!赤貝、ホタテ、つぶ貝の刺身。
一際大きな『白つぶ貝の煮付け』を取り、爪楊枝と箸で格闘しても、中々出てこないので、少し食べた貝をお店の人に剥いて貰った。
剥かれた貝の中身の大きさにビックリ!!
貝の先端の部分の肝の部分が、全く苦味無くて
あん肝みたいに濃厚で劇的に美味しい。
あの美味しさは忘れられない♡
日本酒も面白いセレクトで、『どろどろ』を初めて飲んでみた。コレも忘れられない味でした!!
再訪確定です。
