“I want to make delicious string!” With this in mind, we make string by hand at our own processing facility in Tsukiji! Each piece is hand-cut using carefully selected ingredients purchased from the Toyosu Market, marinated in a uniquely blended sauce, and then aged and dried. A masterpiece filled with the flavor of fish because it has no additives! Please do try that out. !
