串打ちの仕方や他の食材との組み合わせなど
ありとあらゆるところにごたわりが！
全部美味しかったけど、
その中でも推しメニューがいくつかあるのでご紹介
○ちょうちん
これはもうみんな大好きよね
何というか火入れが絶妙で、
卵が口の中で弾けるとかだけではなくて
少し黄身の周りがとろっとしてて最強の火入れだった。
○抱きネギ間
これは食べた時にパリって音がするくらい
皮がパリパリ。そんでもってネギも甘い。
抱きネギ間は鶏肉を5日間熟成させて、
水分を抜いてるから皮がパリパリになるらしい！
これあと5本食べられたな〜
○砂肝
驚いたのが串の打ち方。
砂肝をミルフィーユ状に串打ちしてるので
砂肝のシャキシャキ感がすんごく分かりやすい！
歯ごたえ最高！
○白子
写真は載せ切れなかったんだけど、
鶏の白子初めて食べた！
世の中にはこんなに美味しいものがあったのかと感動。
いやーこれは絶対リピートしたい。
席は全部で60席ほどで、
焼き場が見えるカウンターもあります。
焼いているところを見ながら食べるのって凄く楽しい！
今回はお腹いっぱいで食べられなかったけど、
次回はきんかんの醤油漬けと
鶏出汁の焼きおにぎり茶漬けは絶対食べるって決めてる
