ギリギリ予約できて17時入店。
入店後、予約なしのお客さんがたくさん来店していましたが、予約で一杯で、と全て断っていました。
貝好きなのでとても楽しみにしていました。
結論！貝には醤油と生姜が合う！

１位 あさりの釜飯＋〆の味噌汁
出汁が最高です
２位 貝紐のバター炒め＋熱燗
噛めば噛むほど濃い貝汁！そこに熱燗！
３位 ワカサギの天ぷら（フワフワ）
貝以外も旨い！
