On this day, I drank Koenji. Basically, the stations along the Chuo Line are lively and fun, but Koenji is my favorite among them. On this day as well, I was exploring new restaurants such as ``Kumin Sakaba Lefty'' and ``BALITORA Koenji Main Store,'' and I was wondering where to go next. As I was wandering around the Nakadori shopping street thinking, I was worried because there were so many stores that looked good, I found a store that seemed to be lively! Banshu Sakaba Ubu... I don't know what kind of restaurant it is, but let's go anyway! [b:■■The atmosphere is more chic than I expected! ] That's why I came to [b: "Banshu Sakaba Ubu"]. Apparently it's a creative Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that uses ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture! There is a large kitchen inside the store, and as you pass through the narrow counter seats, there are table seats and tatami seats lined up in the back, with a capacity that can accommodate about 40 people. It was very busy on this day, and by chance there was a vacant seat. There were many couples there as the atmosphere was a little dark. [b:■Highball (400 yen)] So let's start with sake! Order a highball! This is pretty normal. Is it obvious? The appetizer is shredded daikon radish and wakame seaweed. Well, normal. [b:■Toriwasa] First, I ordered a refreshing dish. Apparently, this restaurant specializes in chicken. It felt fresh and was very tasty. [b:■Fried corn (650 yen)] Next is this. Fried corn that you can't help but gulp down. The light, crispy texture and the sweetness of the corn slowly spread in your mouth. This taste is addictive. [b:■Chicken Nanban (800 yen)] Chicken Nanban topped with homemade tartar. The taste of the tartare is so important to Chicken Nanban that it can be said to be the deciding factor, but when you hear that it's "homemade" you can't help but order it! Homemade tartar with a good balance of sweetness and sourness was very delicious! [b:■■Chicken dishes are recommended! ] Hmm, the chicken dish was really good! In addition to this, there was also a famous dish called ``Awaji Island Chikada-kun's sweetest honeyed onion in Japan'', but I didn't like it this time because I don't really like onions. Onion lovers should definitely order this! The staff seemed to be just average, but as for the food, everything I ate was delicious. I don't think it's all that reasonable, but I think it's a place you can enjoy for the price. The chic and calm atmosphere is surprisingly aimed at adults. Next time I would like to try a different menu.
