Take off your shoes and enter the store. There are a lot of onions near the entrance. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, with a counter in the front and table seats in the back. This is a recommended restaurant for those who like fish, chicken, and sake. Since it was the day before a holiday, the restaurant was almost full. When I ordered the appetizer, a piece of straw came out. It was slightly grilled and delicious, with a flavor that goes well with Japanese sake. I ordered the Oven-grilled minced egg with special balsa miso and cheese. It seems to take about 30 minutes after ordering. A whole onion was placed on the small bread, and it was perfectly grilled and still had a crunchy texture, and with the addition of cheese and balsa miso, it was extremely delicious. I didn't order anything else because I arrived with a full stomach, but I remember that the double grilled breast and thigh meat I ordered on my last visit was also quite delicious. As for the sake, Shinsei was available, so I ordered mainly Shinsei. *The menu was incorrectly written in kanji, and was written as Shinsho. Next time, I would like to try it first and eat more fish, chicken, and onions while drinking Japanese sake.
