This is a small kappo restaurant where you can have a proper meal, which is rare in Koenji. On this day, the chef, who had been trained at a famous restaurant, was cooking and serving the food all on his own, and although the restaurant wasn't that big, it was almost full of customers, and it looked like it was going to be tough. Starting with the fried sesame tofu and ending with the sea bream tea, I would like to think of something more creative, but the work is thorough and the base stock is reliable. If you're going to have a meal in the area, I think this is a top class restaurant.
